Ear Habit: Ear Training — Terms of use

Ear Habit: Ear Training ("Ear Habit") is published by Chibu LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you got Ear Habit from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies, and where the two differ for an App Store copy, Apple's agreement governs.
What is free
Levels 1 and 2 of all five lessons, all three sounds, scoring, your streak, the daily goal and its reminder, Today's practice, and the confusion map for this week and all time, with "Practise this pair". They stay free.
The free week
On Android: once you have finished a session, one tap opens Ear Habit Pro for 7 days, with no card and no purchase. Nothing is charged and nothing renews when the week ends: Pro simply locks again, and everything you practised stays yours.
What you can buy
Ear Habit Pro adds levels 3 to 6 of each lesson, practice sets you build yourself, and your confusion map over 30 and 90 days.
- Yearly: $19.99 a year (US price). It renews automatically each year at the same price until you cancel. Google Play takes the payment when you confirm. Cancel any time in your Google Play subscription settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Monthly: $2.99 a month (US price). It renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel. Google Play takes the payment when you confirm. Cancel any time in the same settings; you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
Prices are set in the store and shown in your currency before you confirm. If a subscription price ever changes, the store tells you first, as its own rules require.
On iPhone and iPad (the App Store)
The free week is the App Store's own one-week free trial of the yearly plan, for new subscribers. When it ends, the yearly plan begins and $19.99 (US price) is charged to your Apple Account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Both plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings: tap the name at the top, then Subscriptions. Refunds are Apple's to grant (reportaproblem.apple.com). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Refunds
On Android, purchases are made through Google Play, and refunds are Google Play's to grant under its refund policy (in Google Play's help).
Restoring
Use "Restore purchases" on the Pro screen, signed in to the same store account.
Your content
Your practice history stays on your phone and is yours. If a subscription ends, every free level, Today's practice, the map for this week and all time and your whole history stay as they are.
No warranty
Ear Habit is provided as it is. It plays synthesized sounds and marks your answers; it does not grade singing, test rhythm or follow an exam syllabus, and it makes no promise about perfect pitch.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
